Shipping Policy

Shipping cost is calculated on a "per order" "per item" or "per

pound" basis and is based on the shipping option (USPS )you select during the check process.

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information. You will be able to track your package directly on the carrier's website.

Refunds & Exchange Policy

Drew's Sauce has a no refund policy.

Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival. Please contact Drew’s Sauce at drewssauce@gmail.com within 3-5 days of damaged or defective shipments (please provide picture). Returned merchandise will be replaced with new merchandise, if the damaged product can be justified. Returned merchandise will not be accepted if it is held for more than 5 days after delivery date.
