Note:
- That returns must be made by email directly to Drew’s Sauce within 3 business days of delivery date quoting invoice number, reasoning and pictures.
- No returns are acceptable without Drew’s Sauce approval and delivery instructions for transport .
- Returned merchandise will be replaced with new merchandise, if the damaged product can be justified before the customer received it.
- Returned merchandise will not be accepted if it is held for more than 5 days after delivery date. No expectations!
